What is Tripland?
This is a travel club. The idea is that by subscribing to the service here or on the APP, travelers will have access to all the features and advantages of the application. All very easy on your smartphone and tablet or, if you prefer, on your computer.
And what are the advantages of subscribing to the service?

1. Welcome offer that includes double the balance on the virtual card (valid upon joining). The initial balance equals the subscription amount + offer of equal value (1€=1 point); You pay 35€ for membership during the promotional period but we offer 55;
2. Free access to the APP with a virtual card and updated balance;
3. 10% discount on reservations of Tripland own packs. In the other programs, 5% discount (accumulates in the card. 1€=1 point); You can use the points/euros on future purchases of experience and travel packs for a minimum amount of €850 per person. Points can be redeemed at any time. With each booking, redeem a quarter of the points on your balance. Except the balance allocated each year in the payment of the annuity, which can be used in full. Example: did you pay 35 or 55 euros for membership? On the next reservation, you can deduct this balance for the full amount of 35 or 55 points. That is, in the first reservation after payment of the annuity, you can discount the total points of the same. In subsequent reservations, a quarter of the total you have will be deducted until the next annuity.
4. Free access to the Happy Hour (every week, at a different day and time, we will have a traveller's happy hour. Example: Wednesday, from 9 pm to 10 pm, the first 15 reservations have a free offer, direct and without drawings .The prizes vary, either in quantity or in type. They can be books, sunglasses, etc);
5. Free access to the travel checklist;
6. Annual birthday surprise (on registration, it is mandatory to provide date of birth, email and mobile phone number);
7. Cancellations up to 48 hours without penalty (in marked packs);
8. 15% discount in the online travel products store and in group stores with the exception of books that have 10% for new editions according to the Fixed Book Price Law;
9. Free shipping in the Iberian Peninsula when sending orders from online stores. For other countries 5% discount on postage;
10. Free virtual card;
11. Social sustainability programme: In subscriber purchases, €0.50 for each purchase will be given to the MTA de Elvas – Movimento Teresiano Apostoólico, an Institution of Solidarity that in Elvas supports underprivileged people; And for each reservation, we will also plant a tree in a place to be designated according to needs. Is subscription mandatory?
Do not. Subscription with annual payment is optional. You can book trips but at list prices and without access to any of the more than 10 subscriber benefits.
How much does it cost to subscribe?
In the launch phase only 35€ per year. Payment is made in one go. After the campaign, the normal price in 2023 is €55 per year.
What are the payment methods?
You can use various means. Multibanco on the ATM network or at your Home-banking. Credit Card, Paypal and bank TRF are other payment methods that we offer.
If you have the Universo Sonae card, you can also choose to pay for your trips in several installments.
And if you need credit, talk to us. Santander provides a line of credit (subject to acceptance by the financial institution).
And how do I get my subscription money back?
Too easy. For example, if you paid €35 or €55 (depending on whether it was during a promotional period or not) you can automatically deduct this amount from your first booking in any of our experiences.
Is it mandatory to renew the subscription? Is there loyalty?
Do not. When you pay for your annual subscription it is only valid for a period of one (1) year from the date you paid. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription in the following year, just let us know by email or letter before the renewal date that you do not want it. And ready. Very easy and hassle free.
Does Tripland Portugal have physical stores? And contacts?
Yes. We have a store open to the public in Elvas. And we have an office in Lisbon that works as a back office. During 2023, we will open our Madrid office. We have available for contact our emails, telephone support line and online chat from the APP and the Website.

I live outside Portugal. Can I also use the APP and subscribe to the service?
Clear. Tripland Portugal is available worldwide. That's why we have the APP and website in several languages. They are, in addition to Portuguese, Spanish, French and English. Everyone can travel with the benefits of the Tripland Club.
What are Tripland Own Packs?
These are travel programs and/or experiences that have been prepared and designed by our team. When this is the case, this reference appears in the description of the packs.
And travel experiences are where?
Any member of the Tripland Club can ask us for a trip tailored to their wishes. Our professionals will design the best solution for your stay. But we also have predefined programs.
